By making a Reservation with Travellersneeds, you accept and agree to our relevant cancellation and refund policy, and to any additional terms and conditions that may apply to your booking or reservation. The relevant booking or reservation terms and conditions of Travellersneeds can be obtained on our Terms and Conditions page. Please note that certain rates, fees or special offers are not eligible for cancellation, refund or change, please make sure to read if it’s refundable or non-refundable or eligible or not eligible for cancellation at the time of booking.
Applicable city/tourist tax may still be charged by Travellersneeds in the event of a no-show or charged cancellation. Please check the (reservation) details of your product or service of choice thoroughly for any such conditions prior to making your reservation.
Please note that Travellersneeds will charge you in full or part to confirm your booking. All your credit card information is processed via payment gateway provider and bank and we do not hold your card details at any given time.
Refunds can only be obtained for reservations that are canceled within the specific date mentioned on your reservation, your refund will take 14 days to credit to your account. If your refund is authorized, please note that you will not be fully refunded, your total payment minus the refund processing bank charges & gateway charges of 3.75% of the total will be deducted at the time of refund.
If you wish to cancel any reservation or booking, you can do so by logging in using your user name and password and if you require any assistance for cancellation, please notify or contact customer support team immediately. Cancellation of a trip or reservation can only be accepted if it is made before the cancellation deadline, any cancellation made after the deadline will not be accepted and no refund will be offered.
NO SHOW UP
If a customer does not show up for a trip or reservation and no prior cancellation has been made, the hotel reserves the right to charge the credit card for the full amount of the booking and no refund will be offered. If there will be no show up for any reason, customers should call or email our customer service support team at least 48 hours before arrival time.
Wrong bank, debit or credit card details, invalid credit/debit cards or insufficient funds are for your own risk and account and you shall not be entitled to any refund of any prepaid amount unless the hotel agrees or allows otherwise under its refund policy.
If you wish to review, adjust or cancel your trip Reservation or booking, please revert to the confirmation email and follow the instructions therein. Please note that you may be charged for your cancellation in accordance with Travellersneeds cancellation and no-show policy or not be entitled to any repayment of any amount. We recommend that you read the cancellation and no-show policy of the accommodation provider carefully prior to making your reservation and remember to make further payments on time as may be required for the relevant reservation.
If you have a late or delayed arrival on the check-in date or only arrive the next day, make sure to (timely/promptly) communicate this with Travellersneeds so we know when to expect you to avoid cancellation of your Trip (Reservation) or charge of the no-show fee. Our customer service department can help you if needed with informing the hotel. Travellersneeds does not accept any liability or responsibility for the consequences of your delayed arrival or any cancellation or charged no-show fee by the hotel.
